Exclusions:
Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for delayed shipments within the time frame mentioned above, instances where an incorrect delivery address or inaccurate customer information was provided, or minor variations in color and shape of our flowers. Additionally, any cancellation requests must be received within 2 hours of placing the order.

We kindly request that you allow for a +/- 24-hour delivery window from your chosen delivery date. This allows for any unexpected circumstances that may arise during transit.

Once your flowers are shipped, we may provide you with a tracking number. This number can be utilized on our carrier's website, such as UPS, to monitor the progress of your delivery. However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the carrier's information, including specific delivery times and dates.
