1. TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you use the Service, we collect three types of information about you:

6. TRACKING PIXEL

7. “DO NOT TRACK”

8. GOOGLE ADWORDS AND GOOGLE ANALYTICS

Our Service uses Google AdWords and Google Analytics to help us learn about who visits our Site and what pages are being viewed. To support and enhance the Service, we may serve advertisements, and also allow third-party advertisements, through the Service. For example, we may ask whether you wish to participate in promotional offers that require Blooming Emotions to share your personal information with a partner in order to redeem the promotion. If you agree to participating in the promotion, we will share your personal information as directed.

We may also de-identify your information by removing characteristics (such as your name or email address) that make the information personally identifiable. We may also share your information if we deem it necessary in our sole discretion to protect our legal and legitimate business interests.

When a consumer purchases flowers and other products via the Service to send to a third party, the consumer’s identity and related information will not be disclosed to the recipient, except if the consumer themselves elects to disclose their identity to the recipient, such as via the contents of the gift message.

14. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIRD PARTIES

Please be aware that we cannot control the activities of third parties to whom we provide data, and as such we cannot guarantee that they adhere to the same privacy and security procedures as Blooming Emotions.

When you click on a third-party logo or URL displayed on our Service which links you to a different website, our Privacy Statement no longer applies, and you must read the privacy policy of the third party to see how your information will be handled on their website. The Services and the services upon which the Services are hosted are located in the United States.
